Below are photos of one of our standard units at the Blowing Rock Lodge, as one of our tenants had it furnished.  All units are rented unfurnished.   All leases run through July 27th of each year. At the beginning of a lease your unit will be emptied of all previous tenant belongings and cleaned.  Rent for a standard unit starts at $800/month.

The Standard Studio Apartments at The Blowing Rock Lodge are approximately 275 sq ft with a full bath and private porch overlooking the yard and pond.  Parking is on a level, paved parking area, just off Old Highway 321 in Blowing Rock, which is a state maintained and plowed road, providing easy access to Boone and Blowing Rock year round.
